Preventing Conflict and Violence in and Around Off-Licenses
'Seeing off Trouble' is a video-based training package about preventing conflict and violence in and around off-licenses.
The training package is primarily aimed at independent operators. Most of these off-licenses do not have direct access to the training and support facilities provided by some of the larger operators for their own staff.
Running an off-license is not easy. Off-licenses have to handle many difficult situations, some of which can result in conflict, aggression and even violence.
